1. What surfaces can I clean with the Delor Pro Steamer?
The Delor Pro Steamer is designed for multi-surface cleaning, including tile, grout, kitchen appliances, stovetops, sinks, shower walls, glass, mirrors, upholstery, car interiors, and more. For delicate materials, always test a small area first.
2. Can I use it on hardwood or laminate floors?
Only on sealed hardwood and laminate. Avoid prolonged steam exposure and keep the steamer moving to prevent heat damage.
3. Can I use it on fabrics or clothes?
Yes. With the fabric attachment, you can refresh items like curtains, sofas, cushions, and clothing. It’s not a full-size garment steamer, but it works well for spot treatments and freshening fabrics.
4. Is it safe to use around children and pets?
The Delor Pro Steamer includes safety features such as a safety lock and a secure cap. Still, steam is hot—always keep children and pets at a safe distance during use to prevent accidental burns.

5. How long does it take to heat up?
The Delor Pro Steamer typically heats up in 3–5 minutes.
6. How long does a full tank last?
A full 350ml tank provides about 10–15 minutes of continuous steam, depending on the attachment and how you use it.
7. Is the steam pressure adjustable?
No. The pressure is fixed, but you can control intensity by changing how close you hold the nozzle and how long you apply steam to the surface.
🚿 Water & Refilling
8. Can I add vinegar, detergent, or essential oils?
No. Use only distilled or demineralized water. Additives can damage the internal system and may void your warranty.
9. Can I refill the tank while it’s hot?
No. Never open the cap while the device is hot or under pressure. Let it cool down for 15–30 minutes, and ensure all pressure/steam has been released before opening.
10. Why is the device spitting water instead of steam?
This usually means it hasn’t fully heated up yet. Wait until it’s fully ready. If it continues, check and clean the nozzle/attachment.
🧼 Cleaning & Maintenance
11. How should I clean and store the device?
Empty the tank after each use, wipe the exterior dry, and store it in a cool, dry place. If you live in a hard-water area, descale regularly.
12. What if the attachments get clogged?
Soak clogged accessories in warm water to loosen buildup, then rinse thoroughly. If needed, use a soft brush or pin to gently clear openings (don’t force anything).
